Cathy runs specific “Empowerment for Women” workshops. Her aim is to empower women through sport using her own personal experience and knowledge. She uses stories about her life for inspiration and motivation and explains the positive effects of sport/activity on mental health and how to set realistic goals to help women be empowered to get what they want out of life. Depending on the environment she is presenting to, Cathy will either incorporate a short boxing lesson or just a do a presentation using power point.
