Cathy speaks regularly for different companies; she has worked with Refuge charity, The Mental Health Foundation, Arts Council England, Size Zero Opera, LinkedIn, Telefonica, Twitter and Journey for Justice. Cathy runs workshops and seminars to help empower women through sport using her own personal experience and knowledge. She uses stories about her life for inspiration and motivation, speeches about her experiences for charities to help raise money, presentations and seminars about the positive effects of sport/activity on mental health and how to set realistic goals and be empowered to get what you want out of life.

Cathy uses her experience and knowledge from her career and battle with sexism in the fighting world, her journey and positive outcomes from being in a domestic violent relationship and her extensive experience of working with stressed, angry, depressed and anxious clients using cognitive behaviour therapy and physical coaching to be able to deliver moving, powerful and inspiration speeches, presentations and seminars.
